The purpose of this program was to educate high school students on the common mental health issues that arise during puberty. Its main goal was to provide the pupils a supportive environment while giving the skills they need to identify, comprehend, and deal with these difficulties.

GOALS: THE SESSION SOUGHT TO ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING GOALS;
Teaching teenagers the value of mental health.
Recognizing typical mental health issues and how they aect day-to-day functioning.
Promoting candid conversations about mental health in order to lessen stigma.
Giving children the tools they need to ask for assistance and stand by their peers when they need it.

PARTICIPANTS ALONG WITH THIS TRAINING WAS 90-STUDENTS INCLUDING S-1 AND S-2. TWO OF THE TEACHERS AND SCHOOL COUNSELORS WERE ATTENDED THE SESSION.
MAIN SUBJECTS DISCUSSED
Knowing what mental health is and why it's important.
Typical diculties include peer pressure, social media's inuence, stress, anxiety, and depression.
Identifying Signs: Physical, behavioral, and emotional manifestations of mental illness.
Coping mechanisms include self-care routines, mindfulness exercises, and stress management strategies.
Seeking Assistance: When and how to speak with a responsible adult.
Fostering empathy and peer support is essential to creating a supportive community.
RESULTS
A greater understanding of mental health among pupils.
Students showed a better comprehension of how to recognize and manage mental health issues.
A greater readiness to have candid conversations about mental health.
Positive comments regarding the session's eect and relevance from both teachers and students.
COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS:
Requests for follow-up meetings on particular subjects, such as the impact of social media and how to cope with test stress.
Holding recurring workshops of this kind to raise awareness, including parents in upcoming meetings to encourage a comprehensive
strategy for teen mental health.
Providing access to mental health specialists or resource resources.
In conclusion The Teens and Mental Health Challenges program was a success, fullling its objective of equipping students with the skills and information necessary to deal with mental health concerns. Schools must play a vital role in supporting kids' mental health by carrying out such programs.
